How to enroll for the program?
Signing up is simple! Just click the rewards icon appearing at the bottom left of our website.
Once you click the rewards icon, a window will pop open. From that menu, click "Join Now" to register.
Note: Guest checkouts do not qualify for reward points. Always log into your account before shopping to earn your rewards!
Where do I see my Rewards?
Your points balance is shown directly inside the rewards panel. Click on the rewards icon, and your current balance will display right at the top.
How to redeem reward points?
Inside the rewards panel, click on "Ways to Redeem" to convert your accumulated points into a custom discount code. Simply copy the coupon code and apply it at checkout to claim your savings.
Missed enrolling for past purchases?
Don’t worry! Sign up today using the rewards icon and send us an email at support@organicaffaire.com with the subject line “Past Reward Claim”. Any purchases made by you within the past 3 months will qualify for retroactive points!
How to earn referral coupons?
Log into the rewards panel, click "Refer your Friends", and share your unique referral link via email, WhatsApp, or social media. When your friend registers using your link, they receive a Rs. 50 OFF discount coupon, and you will receive a Rs. 50 OFF coupon as soon as they complete their first purchase!
