SHIPPING

Delivering orders as soon as possible without any hassles is our team’s priority. We always ensure your all our orders are shipped by reputed courier service providers. All our orders are shipped from our Delhi office. We try our level best to achieve better than delivery time mentioned below however there could be unwarranted delays where business has no control neither can be business held liable for any such instance hence please bear with us if such a situation happens to be.

All orders are dispatched between 9:00 – 16:00 Monday – Saturday.


 
Delivery Turnaround
  • For Domestic – 5 to 10 business days

Orders will need to be signed for upon delivery. If buyer personally is unavailable to receive or acknowledge the delivery its sole responsibility of buyer to arrange for an alternative i.e. a friend, family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. to honor delivery fulfillment. Organic Affaire/ AVIVI Trio LLP their employees, affiliates, partners or directors take no responsibility for goods signed by alternate person taking the delivery or any damage caused after delivery.

RETURNS
Pre-Delivery

A cancellation of order is only eligible if it is reported on same day the order is placed, you will be charged 3% + taxes or actuals charged to Organic Affaire/AVIVI Trio LLP on account of payment gateway charges. Under no circumstances will Organic Affaire / AVIVI Trio LLP justify to the customer in any manner how much amount has been levied on account of payment gateway charges, refund amount details as confirmed by business will be final and binding.

In case business has already dispatched your order provided it's not delivered, provided non-delivery is confirmed by shipping vendor, shipping charges if levied over and above the product price while placing the order won't be refunded

In case business has already dispatched your order provided it's not delivered, provided non-delivery is confirmed by shipping vendor, shipping charges if alredy paid by business will be deducted from your refund balance apart from payment gateway charges. Under no circumstances will Organic Affaire / AVIVI Trio LLP justify to the customer in any manner how much amount has been levied on account of shipping charges, refund amount details as confirmed by business will be final and binding.

Refund requests are subject to an inspection and checking by the Organic Affaire Team.

An eligible refund could take up to four weeks or more from date of cancellation request, hence kindly bear with us.

No cash refunds are permitted.

Post-Delivery

No refunds will be entertained post delivery of orders

No exchanges will be entertained post date of delivery of orders.

An exchange of product may be considered on informing to the business of such an intent by same day the product got delivered on, provided product delivered is shipped back to the business by next day of delivery, provided product returned shall reach business by maximum 7 calendar days from date delivery, provided product returned reaches business sealed, is not broken, not tampered, not opened, not leaking, is undamaged, is in saleable condition and is accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any stolen, misplaced,  opened or used products. Organic Affaire / Avivi Trio LLP is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Please allow one to four weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to the business on the day of delivery.

Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by the Organic Affaire Team.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Shipping & Exchange/Returns Policy.

If eligible for exchange/return as per our policy each item can only be exchanged once.

Discounts, vouchers, gift cards, promotions etc. applied on orders are not covered under Shipping & Exchange/Returns policy, hence cannot be claimed back for.

An eligible Return/Exchange could take up to four weeks or more from the date  product is delivered back to the business, hence kindly bear with us.
